• Information you give us. When you use a form, email us, call us, or apply to volunteer, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, county, and the message you write.
• Donation information. Donations are processed by Zeffy on its own secure page. We do not collect, see, or store your card or bank details. Zeffy shares limited information with us, such as your name, email, and gift amount, so we can thank you. Zeffy’s privacy policy governs the information you give it.
• Website usage information. We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and the tracking tool from our contact-management provider, King’s Contact Pro. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site, using cookies or similar technologies.

How we use information

• To reply to your messages and requests for help.
• To process volunteer applications and coordinate volunteer service.
• To thank donors and keep donation records.
• To send updates, prayer requests, and event information if you have asked to receive them.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.

Text messages and email

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only for the purposes you agreed to. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our work, such as our contact-management and email provider (King’s Contact Pro), Zeffy (donations), Google (email and analytics), and our website host (Cloudflare). They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption. We limit access to personal information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through this site. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Volunteers under 18 should have a parent or guardian contact us.
